A-1 Collection Agency is a medical bad-debt recovery agency owned and directed by a subset of Western Healthcare Alliance members and housed in a limited-liability company, Healthcare Management, LLC (HCM). Through this corporate structure, A-1 Collection Agency distributes equity to owners semi-annually to offset collection costs and improve the bottom lines of rural healthcare providers. A-1 Collection Agency is committed to providing patient-friendly collection services with a community focus for owners and clients. In addition to providing services for 18 owners, A-1 Collection Agency offers services to over 220 healthcare provider clients.
