Lockton provides the following services for WHA Members:

Broker reinsurance and negotiate terms of reinsurance contracts

Select, negotiate with, and manage TPA and PBM service vendors

Evaluate/recommend managed care network arrangements, including the Cooperative Discount Agreement, a PPO for WHA member hospitals

Provide ongoing support in the areas of financial underwriting analysis and reporting, utilization data analysis and reporting, renewal negotiations, vendor management, compliance/technical assistance, communications/enrollment and ad-hoc administrative support

Broker group life, disability and other non-medical benefit plans

Evaluate processes in place to administer existing plans

Recommend and facilitate the implementation of new processes or technology to simplify, expedite and reduce the cost of plan administration.
