Community Hospital to Celebrate the Grand Opening of a New Primary Care and Acute Care Clinic in Partnership with the Town of Palisade

The Town of Palisade and Community Hospital will celebrate the grand opening of Grand Valley Primary Care-Palisade and Community Care of the Grand Valley-Palisade on Saturday, May 13 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. The new 6,700 square foot building is located at 731 Iowa Avenue, just west of the Palisade Fire Station. With the growth and continued success of Community Hospital, the need to expand primary care and acute care services is paramount in order to better support the health care needs of patients on the east end of the valley.
