UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center provided $16.2 million in benefits to the Steamboat Springs community, including just over $3 million in care for those who could not afford to pay during fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022). As a health system over the same timeframe, UCHealth provided $1.1 billion in community benefits including $388 million in uncompensated care, serving patients and communities throughout the Rocky Mountain region. UCHealth continues its work to improve access to care, invest in behavioral health services and support innovative treatments and prevention.
