West Springs Hospital, located in Grand Junction, CO, is a privately-owned, not-for-profit psychiatric hospital and the only one located on the western slope. Doubling capacity to treat individuals in need of psychiatric stabilization, the new, state-of-the-art hospital opened in December 2018 with up to 64 beds, including a special child and adolescent program and brings world class treatment to the western slope. West Springs’s compassionate, highly-skilled and respectful team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, clinicians, mental health workers, peer specialists and case managers provide personalized, comprehensive and effective care and discharge services.
